All public areas are sanitized and cleaned daily for your and our health safety. You will find “information totems” in various areas of the hotel with suggestions for a safe stay.

Each room is disinfected and sanitized daily by our staff. You can contact the reception from your devices and from the telephone in your room for any further information. The procedure of cleaning and disinfection of rooms and bathrooms applied by the hotel staff is certified UNI EN ISO 9001:2015.

All restaurant menus will be available directly on your device by scanning a QR Code. Our Room Service Menu has been enhanced to meet your needs. Before entering our catering areas, you will find information totems with all recommended health & safety measures and sanitizing gel dispensers to use whenever you wish. At the breakfast buffet, following the specific dedicated signs, you can serve yourself, protected by our Pure Zone certified antibacterial devices. At each new mise en-place, the staff sanitize the seat with special certified products. The safety of single portions, the staff's extreme attention to spacing, including through special signs, will help keep your stay safe. The dishes will always be protected during the way from the kitchen to the table.

The Royal Hotel Sanremo provides its meeting rooms for your business meetings. The events will be coordinated by our Events Staff and will take place in full compliance with all safety regulations, with special signs and dedicated sanitizing gel dispensers. During the negotiation phase, our Staff, in respect to Covid protocol, will illustrate the current regulations.

"The Royal Wellness” is exclusively open to hotel guests, from 2 PM to 8 PM, and offers a wide range of highly professional and exclusive treatments and rituals for face and body in an exquisite and pleasant environment, rigorously controlled and respectful of health standards.

The wet zone (18-years aged) with hydromassage pool, emotional showers, relaxation area with self - catering of fruits juices and single portions of dry fruits. The fitness room and the wet zone are open with restrictions, applied in compliance with the regulation of the Ministry of Health and the subsequent provisions of implementation of measures to combat coronavirus emergency. Our staff is at your disposal to make your stay unforgettable.

Our outdoor sea-water swimming pool, heated up to 27° / 82F with is available to all guests of the Royal Hotel Sanremo from April to October. Umbrellas and sunbeds are spaced out to ensure relaxation in total safety.
